Background
Jonathan spent two decades at Corsair Components, a NASDAQ-listed global tech hardware company best known for PC components, gaming peripherals, and streaming equipment. He joined when the European business was generating around €50M in annual revenue and left as VP Europe with the division approaching €400M.
That growth was not the result of a single product success. It was the result of systematic, market-by-market channel development across France, Germany, the UK, Benelux, Spain, Italy, and the Nordics. Building the distributor network, negotiating retailer terms, managing category buyer relationships at Fnac, MediaMarkt, Currys, and every major European chain. Running Amazon EU before most brands understood what it could do. Managing pan-European pricing architecture to keep a complex multi-channel business coherent across 10 countries and 6 languages.
When he founded JAIO, the premise was straightforward: the hardest part of entering European retail is not finding the retailers. It is having the relationships and the credibility to get a meeting that leads to a listing. That is what 20 years of commercial work produces. And that is what JAIO brings to every client engagement.
